Marisa has a wealth of experience in a wide variety of fields and industries ranging from Operations and Human Resources to Art. She is a self-starter that constantly looks for areas to improve as well as streamlines processes to create a more efficient workplace. (Work smarter not harder.) She enjoys working with people in collaborative and educational environments stemming from her educational background in Psychology and Business. Her desire to increase her skillset while enhancing conditions in the workplace gave her the motivation to complete an an intensive MBA program furthering her desire transition from employee to a consultant and "multi-hat wearer" It is her desire to inspire and assist others as well as her dedication to promote growth and success that keeps her going every day.
